Welcome to the Tech Hack World Documentation.
This guide is designed to help you navigate our platform, access your Cyber Security and Programming courses, and troubleshoot common technical issues. If you cannot find the answer to your question here, our 24-hour support team is ready to assist you.
1. Getting Started
Creating an Account
To purchase and access courses, you must create a Tech Hack World account.
- Click on the Sign Up / Register button at the top right of the website.
- Enter your valid Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
- Verify your email if prompted, and log in using your secure credentials.
Data Privacy & Account Deletion
We take your privacy seriously. As part of our strict data protection policy, once you fully complete your enrolled course, your personal student data is automatically deleted from our servers. Please ensure you have downloaded any provided supplementary materials (PDFs/PPTs) before marking your course as 100% complete.
2. Accessing Your Courses
Where to Find Your Materials
All our products are 100% digital. Once your payment is successfully processed through our secure gateway (e.g., PhonePe), your access is granted immediately.
- Log in to your Tech Hack World account.
- Navigate to your Student Dashboard.
- Click on My Courses to view your active enrollments.
Video Lectures & Downloads
- Video Player: Our courses feature an integrated, high-definition video player. Videos are locked to the platform to prevent unauthorized distribution and cannot be downloaded.
- PPTs & PDFs: Supplementary materials like presentations and cheat sheets will be available as direct download links below the relevant video lecture.
Note: As clearly stated in our Refund Policy, because these goods are digital and easily replicated, we operate a strict no-refund and no-return policy once course access is granted.
3. Technical Requirements
To get the best experience on Tech Hack World, please ensure your system meets the following basic requirements:
- Internet Connection: A stable connection of at least 5 Mbps for uninterrupted HD video playback.
- Browser: We recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
- Software: A standard PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat) to view course documents.
- For Practical Labs: Some advanced Cyber Security or Programming courses may require you to install free third-party software like VirtualBox, VMware Player, or VS Code. Installation instructions for these will be provided in the first module of the respective courses.
4. Troubleshooting Common Issues
My video is buffering or not playing.
- Try refreshing the page.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Disable any aggressive ad-blockers or VPNs, as they can sometimes interfere with our secure video hosting.
- Try accessing the lesson in an “Incognito” or “Private” browsing window.
I forgot my password.
Go to the Login page and click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your credentials.
I completed my payment, but the course isn’t in my dashboard.
Occasionally, payment gateways take a few extra minutes to sync with our servers. Please wait 10-15 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If the course still does not appear, contact our support team immediately with your transaction ID.
5. Security & Account Sharing Rules
- Single-User License: Your account is strictly for your personal use.
- No Account Sharing: Our system monitors for simultaneous logins from different IP addresses. Sharing your login credentials with others is a direct violation of our Terms of Use and will result in an automated, permanent account ban without a refund.
